Cancellation of Order

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery by notifying us in writing, fax or email.  Cancelled orders will be subject to credit only after being returned and received by us. 

In all instances goods must be returned as new and packaging undamaged.  Should the items show any use, damage or be incomplete a fee of 50% will apply; this will be deducted from any credit issued.

Returns (not applicable for Faulty Goods)

In the event of you not being happy with any product you have ordered from us please contact us within seven days of delivery.  Please do not return any goods without contacting us first. 

Goods must be returned "as new" and in original packaging.   It is your responsibility for the safe return of the goods (please use adequate packaging). 

We do not refund shipping charges applied to the initial order and neither do we pay for the cost of returning the items to us. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet these criteria.

Faulty Goods

If you think that the product you have purchased is faulty (unless the fault was declared on purchase) please contact us to discuss the matter. 

A fee of 50% is charged on returns which prove to be non-defective: this will be deducted from any credit issued.

Warranty

We provide a one-month guarantee (replacement part if possible, or money-back) and make every effort to ensure that the part you order is correct first time.

Major units such as gearboxes and differentials have a 3-month guarantee.

Test Units

Electronic units are identity-marked so that, if you need to return because substitution has established no problem with your original unit, we can both be sure that it is our unit that has been returned, and the agreed test substitution charge can be rightfully made.

Our substitution policy allows for the return of electronic units by prior arrangement. If substitution has eliminated the need for the unit, we will take back our original unit and refund 75% of the price. The unit must have been paid for in full, and the cost of delivery and return are he responsibility of the Customer.

Consequential Losses

We cannot be held responsible for any consequential or indirect loss, including, but not limited to, any fault or damage caused by the fitting of parts. We cannot be held responsible if any vehicle is off the road whilst a part is being sent back for exchange.

Statutory Rights

None of these terms and conditions affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
