Provenance

Most of our cars are sourced from insurance salvage, which means that the cars were running fine prior to an unfortunate accident. Usually the undamaged areas of the cars are in fine condition, because these were well-cared-for, prestige vehicles.

We make every effort to provide good value to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee every part to be perfect, but this is reflected in the prices as compared to brand-new items.

Wherever possible we run the engine and test the transmission before extracting components to the warehouse shelves.

Environmental

The dismantling takes place with due care in disposal of all pollutants, and the shells are properly disposed of at an environmentally approved end-of-life centre.

Because most of our parts are not standard grommets and widgets, you will usually want to discuss condition, provenance, compatibility according to VIN numbers, as well as price and delivery timescale and cost.

We have come to the conclusion that a routine Shopping Cart technology is not suitable for recycled parts.

However, we support PayPal for quick and efficient charging to your credit/debit card account. The commission charges are high, but we pay them, not you. If you do not have a PayPal account, just contact us and we will explain how to go about it.

We also operate 'Streamline' for telephone ordering and conventional payment via credit/debit cards including Amex.

Product Images and Specifications

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct, they can vary, and for some commodity parts we use our own 'library' pictures; i.e. for a specific engine (a high-value item) it is appropriate to illustrate the condition of that unique unit, whereas for a switch (a common and low-value item) it would be impractical to illustrate each individual one, and so we will use one picture of the switch repeatedly.

We try to supply the exact part that the Customer requires by reference to VIN Number or Jaguar part number, but we cannot guarantee that all parts are correct and fit for the Customer's purpose. All sales are made on the understanding that the Customer is responsible for this.

Availability of Goods

If a product is out of stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date.  If you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for it to be cancelled.

Tax Charges

VAT is not charged at present.
